QHow can I check the status of my Purchase Order?

A: Check a PO status tool can be accessed via the header and footer of this website. Also, our customer service team would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

 

Q: What is your lead time?

A: All products are made to order, with the exception of our Seasons line – we typically ship within 4 weeks of receipt of a complete order.

 

Please check with your showroom to confirm the lead time they use. If the order qty is 20+, we typically ship within 8 weeks of receipt of a complete order.

Q: Do you have a “Rush Order” process?

A: Absolutely. An “Enhanced Lead Time” option is available and is dependent upon component availability and is only available to accounts in good standing. Contact our service team to see what quicker lead times may be possible for your order.
